These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of asuragroup.com (the "Site"), operated by ASURA Group ("ASURA," "we," "us"), an F&I performance coaching company for automotive dealership professionals. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The content on this Site — including articles, glossary entries, program descriptions, and chat responses — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, tax, or compliance advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation.
Performance figures cited on this Site — including the $759 avg PVR gain in 90 days — reflect average results across dealerships and operators we have coached. They are not a promise or guarantee of your results. Individual results vary based on your starting point, market, effort, and how consistently the systems are implemented.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, frameworks, and the ASURA and ASURA OPS names and marks — are owned by ASURA Group or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping or bulk-harvesting content or data, submitting false or misleading information through our forms or chat, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Programs, courses, memberships, and engagements are governed by the specific terms, pricing, and any guarantee presented at the time of purchase.
